The velvet edge (1976)
One of the guys has short brown hair and a lean, muscular build — you see him standing barechested in the woods at first, quiet, barely saying a word. The other’s similar in build, dark-haired, slightly bulkier, and he’s the one who throws the first punch. They start fighting outside, all tension and controlled aggression, then move inside to a dim room where it turns into full-on wrestling. Both are shirtless, then fully naked, sweat glistening under low light as they grapple — knees on the floor, arms locked, muscles straining in close-ups. The camera stays wide for most of the struggle, but cuts in tight on their faces and torsos when one gets pinned. No dialogue, just heavy breathing and skin slapping against skin. It’s not about sex acts — it’s physical, raw, and focused entirely on the power dynamic between them.
